I/We, the undersigned hereby acknowledge and understand that the Wildcat Tennis Camp is a privately run sports camp, and is not operated by or through Davidson College. The Camp is not sponsored, controlled or supervised by Davidson College, but rather is under the sole sponsorship and supervision of the Camp Directors, Coaches Barrett and Boykin.

If I am accepted, I promise to conform to the regulations of the Wildcat Tennis Camp. I understand Wildcat Tennis Camp is not responsible for loss or theft or refund in case of rain. I also understand that noncompliance with regulations of the Camp may result in my being sent home, in which case fees will not be refunded.
